External walling made of cavity brick wall with heat and sound insulation, cemented and plastered.

Interior walling dividing dwellings made of fabric brickwork, plastered and painted.

Flooring and tiling: First grade cream marble floors in bedrooms, halls, and living room. Kitchen and bathrooms with gres tiles. Terraces and balconies will be done with anti-slippery gres tiles and skirting of same material. First quality marble stairs.
Kitchens to be tiled up to the ceiling with decorative border. Bathrooms to be tiled up half way finished with a decorative border. The remaining wall plastered and painted up to the ceiling.

Exterior carpentry: to be of white lacquered aluminium with double-glazing “Climalit” or similar. PVC roller shutters on bedroom windows.
