Foundations:
Foundation by isolated bolsters or slabs, out of assembled concrete.
Structure of pillars and oneway wrought iron of assembled concrete.
Vertical and horizontal in PVC, passing chests and waste pipes.

Walls:
Exterior closing based on half a foot of solid brick, isolated with
projected polyuretan foam, air chamber and H/S brick partition with
plaster covering towards the inner house and filled with concrete mortar
on the outside. The division between houses with two leaves of half
a foot of solid brick, intended for soundproofing. The inner divisions
with double hollow solid brick partition with plaster coating of 1.5cm
to 2cm. Decorative perimetral of the facades´s empty spaces. Plant
boxes. Plaster mouldings in lounge and bedrooms with curtain-hooks.
Plaster false roofs in kitchens, corridor and bathrooms. The balustrades
of the balconies and the row of balconies will be made of iron, half
forgrd, with macoyas. The handrails of the iron stairs with wooden handrails.
Exteriors: plastic painting for exterior, febreton type or similar.
Interiors: plastic on walls and ceilings. Locksmith work with plain
enamel, prior minimum primed.
Roofing:
There is a space in the roof to be used as a solarium. Entrance porch,
covered terrace in ground floor and open terrace in the first floor.
Flooring:
Flooring of the houses in cream colour marble, in 40 x 40 or 60 x 30
or 33 x 33 cm pieces. The interior stairs will be cream colour marble
and ornamental tile between steps. Exterior terraces, porches and solarium,
terracotta type gres with matching inside little tiles and 7cm baseboard.
The kitchen´s tiles only the strip between furniture, except on
the sides, which will be up to the false ceiling in first quality ceramic
plaque. The bathroom will be tiled up to the ceiling with perimeter
border with first quality tiles. Top of washstands made of marble with
blunt edge and 7cm gable. Windows flashing made of virtrified plaque
blue colour. Garages with concrete with quartz processing, polished,
green colour.
Exterior
Carpentry:
In white PVC, folding and sliding leaves. Bay windows made of pine wood
of first processing, slatted roller shutters. Climalit glass 6+4+4
Interior
Carpentry:
Entrance door thickness 4mm solid, with saves and nails, reinforced
with three security points. Interior transit doors of 35mm, white semilacqued.
Some of these doors will be with windows and palilleria. Front parts
of wardrobes with leaves mallorquina type, white semilacqued, internally
lined with seperating shelf for luggage and hanging bar.
Plumbing:
Mains of water with copper or polyetilen tubing with stopcock in all
humid rooms. Monoknob taps Grohe and Roca. Bathroom fittngs made of
vetrified porcelain, white, Roca or similar brand. Source of water supply
for washing machine and dishwasher.
Electrical
Installations:
The electrification rate of the house will be raised with ten circuits
and thirteen, in houses with a basement. General Switchboard and protections
with switches and magnetotermics: circuit for external lighting system
included. Terraces will have stagnant plug for exterior.
