Walls:
External walling made of cavity brick wall with heat and sound insulation,
cemented, plastered and finished with a stony surface paint. Interior
walling dividing dwellings made of fabric brick work, plastered and
painted.
Roofing:
Roof, not accessible, with thermal insulation.
Flooring:
Main flooring using 60/30 marble tiles, and skirting of the same material.
Stoneware tiles will be used for the flooring of kitchen and bathroom.
Exteriors to be in ceramic "Mazaries" tiles.
Exterior Carpentry:
Exterior carpentry to be of white lacquered aluminium with double-glazing
"Climalit" or similar. PVC roller shutters on bedroom windows.
Wrought iron bars with decorative details on windows in ground floor
apartments.
Interior Carpentry:
Built-in unit in bathrooms to fit wash-basin on marble tops. Mirror
fitted on wall and framed with decorative border similar to skirting.
Front door to be armour plated with security bolts and security lock.
Interior doors made of wood and varnished. Built-in wardrobes with sliding
doors.
Plumbing:
First quality sanitary fittings by "Roca" or similar with
chromed taps. White enamel bath with combined shower/bath tap.
Electrical Installations:
Hot water to be supplied by electric water heaters. Electrical switches
to be first quality, "Niessen" or similar. Pre-installation
of air-conditioning. Communal TV aerial and telephone points in livingroom,
master bedroom and kitchen.
